Bush said he would set up a commission, and after their first meeting they had 4 months to give him a report.
At this point in time what do you think Bush should be saying?
As far as the current '05 budget, I think it's normal for it to passed in the Fall, maybe it will be done sooner because of the election.
When the Congress actually passing a budget, and when the Commission actual delivers their report, I think it's possible to draw some conclusions. Until such time, it's *mostly* just idle gossip.
