The jackasses in the Congress are hee-hawing the following to each other:

" Experts agree that a trip to Mars will cost hundreds of billions of dollars."

Who was the brain damaged "expert" that said this? This is complete horse manure but that's the starting point for Congressional debate about the Space Program. The process is now divergent. Bush started it with the lie that we needed to go to the Moon before we could go to Mars. That lie is being compounded with the "hundreds of billions of dollars" crock o' caca. Make no mistake about it, the space program is hosed.
