Could go to Mars very easily for the price of illegally invading a virtually harmless and defenseless Third World country.

Or shovelling money to the wealthy.

Now, if they could contract with Halliburton to build an oil-fueled rocket to Mars, I'll bet it would be done.

Arf (They are selective in what they regard as waste, aren't they. A road bill which provides highways for their SUVs and jobs for people are a waste. But not money for killing Iraqis)
