In that until we start to get official word, it's pretty much all gossip and speculation.

It's just difficult to remain silent while watching some politicos waving a budgetary broadsword over the initiative's head. As we all know, there are some who would be completely undistrurbed--happy, in fact--should that sword eventually strike home.

I'll continue to hope for the best...but when I read posts by an industry insider like Gary, and come face-to-face with his very bleak prognosis, I realize that I'd better also be prepared for the worst.
