Hello My Dear Blowhards, Dr. Usikov has a lock on the only algorithms which will do the job. If NASA, not DARPA, wants to buy them for US industry, contact me. ep

Perhaps the combination of a unique hardware and the proper algorithm is what is needed to solve the problems of autonomous machine recognition.
Such a unique hardware was patented many years ago, both in Canada and the US.
