What do you expect us to believe, that the white house press secretary does not speak for the exective? That what he says is not the official line of the administration? This is a quibble wrapped up in a quibble wrapped up in a farce.
I mean, you must jest- if Bush goes and does a victory dance on a carrier and then the press secretary explicitly and repeatedly says "to declare the end of major hostilities", we are to believe that Bush doesn't mean the speach to be declaring "an end to major hostilities"? sounds like the Whitehouse press secretary should be fired after every briefing, or be declared "the not-official spokes person of the president of the united states who just stands up there and blabbers for his own self"
I don't know what is more disturbing- that you actually believe your own bullshit here or that you expect us to believe it. Sell it elsewhere, you mindless partisan hack.
