What more could they do to America? In a situation where there is no "win".

They've caused the US to create even more hate for America in the world. Divided us from out European allies, forced America into an alliance with the biggest nuclear proliferaters in the world, that same alliance with being with supporters of terrorists.

They've created a terrified population which spends billions of spurious security every time a terrorist makes up a story about a threat, they've caused other expenditures beyond belief, etc.

Nope. They've succeeded beyond their wildest dreams. The US has fallen into their trap, big-time.

And catching OBL will be no big deal, will not in one way change the nature of their successes. His life, as Saddam's, is worth nothing in this mess.
