Bigger and Better Violence

Yes McFly, you're finally getting the whole picture, and not through rose-colored glasses either. Violence DOES beget violence. And it IS a path to failure.
And yes, we have stepped into a hornet's nest there that is endlessly hostile. While we're busy trying to win "the hearts and minds" of those Iraqis, we are killing them to do it and it's become an impossible situation.

We shouldn't be there. We don't even have control of Bagdad, never will. And the violence (resistance) will continue and even increase.
If Iraqi citizens rejoice at the death of American workers by taking apart their corpses with poles and shovels, burning them and hanging them high over bridgesa, have we really won their "hearts and minds"?

Bush is an idiot. Was an idiot. Always WILL BE an idiot.
It wasn't for the WMD he was protecting us from either.
This whole thing could be dismissed as an unacceptable act by a big mindless bully, except it's from the man who represents our country and controls the world (or at least he THINKS he does).
And anyone who thinks it's our right to make Iraq a center for democracy needs to have their head examined.

Only problem is, that "war" is costing us too much money.
<boondoggle>
