Not all religions are equally good or bad.
The Aztecs cut out people's hearts by the thousands to make sure the sun rose every morning. The Quakers refused military service because killing under any circumstances was immoral. Today the only major religion that has large sects advocating the indiscriminate murder of non believers is Islam. There may be a few crack pot fringe groups in other religions, such as the Japanese cult which used poison gas in a crowded subway a few years back, but no other major religion has widespread homicidal tendencies against non believers like Islam. If there is another religion today that does please point it out to me.
