When a bomber (a plane) drops a bomb from 5 miles away and it hits a wedding chapel, a cafe or a schoolbus, it kills as many if not more innocent people. It may certainly have been an accident, but what do the relatives of the victims think?
These are very different ways but both often have the same result: they kill innocent people and leave a huge amount of sorrow and hatred and call for revenge (but not if the victims of the mistake know why it happened (to free them) and get a swift apology) (like here in WW2).
Another difference: the accidental bomb was sent by a country, an army , a military complex with all its chain of command and trickle down responsability.
The suicide bomber decided on his own (or perhaps not if he's a child) or with very few people above him.
