Military personnel can also be found on airliners, cruise ships, in my local pizza parlor, and many other places. Hey, I bet there were American soldiers in the World Trade Center! And if you stretch the definition of "military personnel" to include all Israelis over 18, so much easier.

Sorry. I don't buy it. It's a load of crap. If they want to kill military personnel, they can attack military bases and troop carriers. You can't think of any other place to attack a soldier than when he's riding a bus?

If somebody else had come up with a rationale that bloody weak, you'd have reamed them out.
