Frank C says: "Over and over we tell you that human bombs as a military weapon is just fine even with collateral damage as long as the bombs are intended for military or government targets. It is a nasty business for both sides."
Just for record I don't agree that using human bombs is "just fine"- though of course, using against civilians is worse.
Raoul says
"The suicide bomber decided on his own (or perhaps not if he's a child) or with very few people above him."
A person can do crazy stuff- so this is one thing.
But once you make it into a system or culture you are changing it into something completely different. I would put this in the category of having doctors use prisoners for mental experiments- or worse, or say systematic cannibalism. What you are doing is creating a social system that generates insanity. And as a leader of people, you have a particular responsiblity to avoid dehumanizing people you are leading. No matter what a leader accomplishes for his people, if he dehumanize them he can only be thought as a parasite or disease of these people.
