Give anyone who wants to leave 2-3 weeks to get out of town. That would include men as well as women and children. All men, however must have identification and be unarmed. Any who are suspect, e.g., foreigner arabs, suspected fighters, etc., should be taken into custody until their indentity can be verified.

After 2-3 weeks anyone who didn't leave can only blame themselves when the marines go door to door.
