The Watergate investigation remains a hallmark of investigative reporting

If someone made a new award to single out from journalism Pulitzer-winners the best of the best, I doubt that there would be many votes for other candidates. If you find a journalism curricula that doesn't single out Watergate as an amazing, and groundbreaking investigation, then it was probably created by folks who think Nixon was framed by evil liberals. Woodward and Bernstein deserve high praise.
