Justin the folks who hammered Bush are Republican and the folks holding this so called plan up are Republican. Some of them want less money involved or more money or it to be fleshed out to being a real plan. Deficit Hawks don't much the plan or for that matter Bush (I hear they still plan to vote for him anyway)...
The question still is...why bother to leak that your are ging to make a speech? Testing the waters? I thought he didn't rule by poll.
