re: Reasons for war
Bush and Cheney started the war before they could be convinced one way or another.
They didn't wait for enough evidence and we know now that all the things they said pretending Iraq was a threat to the world were simply not true.
And above all, Bush pretends the world is safer without Saddam. Tell it to the cooperants in Saudi Arabia, tell it to the Iraqis, the Spaniards....
The current US president will certainly go to history...but not the way anyone would like to.
Bush mislead his country.
And the fascinating thing is that there still is no clear reason for this war.
