If I understand you correctly, you are saying that GWB did NOT connect Iraq with WTC and use WTC as partial justification for attacking Iraq.

Is that accurate?

Now you know, and I know, that Bush knew it was Saudis who did it. That's why he arranged for a bunch of them to fly out of the US when no one else was flying. We know he didn't say Iraqis flew the plane.

But you say he didn't use WTC as one of the excuses to attack Iraq.

Correct?
