Argh.
Obviously they donate things and even give out money to the homeless on occasion. The Salvation Army and Goodwill receive many of their donations from the lower middle class.
However, I'll bet you that the majority of the ones who give aren't the ones who support looting folks against their will. Perish forbid - we admit the existence of poor, yet charitable, Republican folks, or Democrats who actually don't want to soak the rich.
It's hard to be a genuine giver and want to force the government to forcibly take from others against their will, no matter how rich they are. It's the nature of the charitable mind - it seeks no balance sheet.
