If every member of Bush's chain of command, including those on his crew, came forward now and testified that Bush was never in Alabama, and never served, because they were with him when he never served, you think it would get some play?
How about if 200-odd members of the Texas Air National Guard came forward and said "We knew George Bush, we served with him, he is not fit for command."
Think that would get some play?
Fictional speculation. So what? Let me know if it happens.
Why should I care what he says?
His blog only identifies him as "the Nattering Nabob of Nebuchadnezzar". A quick look in Google reveals a bunch of references to him by other blogs, including one that names his profession as "reporter", but with no credentials and no other works. He also is reported to be a Reservist who has been in Iraq, but no outfit, etc. Maybe if I dug through his blog I could find some reference, but somehow I doubt it. I clicked on the "email Jason" link to discover it's a Hotmail address, and therefore rootless.
Apart from the fact that he can string English together pretty well, which might qualify him to teach English, I see no reason to believe anything he says any more than any other opinion columnist. And the same with these others. Who the hell are they, really? What makes their opinions important besides the fact that they agree with you?
I'd give The Washington Times more credibility than these guys. And why? Because I can track them down and hold them responsible, personally and professionally. Bloggers seem to think that this kind of thing is optional. It isn't.
Sources matter.
