Very tired of the old "everyone's doing it" excuse.

Excusing American, yes, folks from the good ol' USA, torturing people, because Saddam did it. That's what made him a badguy, right? Doesn't make us any better.

Excusing killing innocent people in Afghanistan, or Iraq, or anywhere, because terrorists killed innocent people. That's what made them terrorists, fer-crying-out-loud.

Nope. Doesn't fly. If they're bad guys, and we're good guys, we have to act differently.

And I have seen no group trying to cram their beliefs down the throats of others like the fundamental Christians.

Arf (heck, I'll bet their kids don't get away with the "everyone is doing it" excuse.)
