I have learned quite a bit about this issue.
Colorado deserves better than to be an imperial acquisition.
The EC, if it is giong to be changed, should be changed nationally for all of us.
We don't need to balkanized politically, imho.
At this point, I hope Colorado avoids the deceptively attractive offer.
