Like Beirut, Iran-Contra or (initial reaction to) Falklands? Or are you only following the Democrat ones?

Non-capitulation of Democrats - like Cuba? Like Bosnia and Kosovo? Remember that, when the Republican nominee wanted to wash his hands of it while flooding the region with guns?

OK, I'll grant a history on the Democratic party. It ain't as one sided as you make it out to be though.
And see my post below on the British left. I think you'll find that historically they were more capitulatin' than the yank counterparts.
