re: Specifics?

I want to know what other countries he wants to get involved in Iraq, and just how is he going to get them involved. France and Germany? Does he really think they will contribute anything. Does he really think anyone who is not already involved with Iraq will contribute solders and money?

And suppose he can convince Germany or France to send troops and money to Iraq. What is he going to do when terrorist attack those countries, like they did with Spain, and those countries pull all their support from Iraq?

If this is his big plan, than it is weak and full of a lot of ifs.
