Poll on the radio has 36 percent saying Bush won, 45 percent Kerry, and 17 percent a tie.
Kerry definitely had his points well-memorized, and was a smoother speaker than Bush (anyone really surprised?), although Bush didn't nail him on a few things that he could have. I would have taken his head off on that "giving uranium to Iran" bit, or several errors of fact, only some of which Bush replied to. Waiting on a transcript.
Kerry still has not clarified exactly how he plans to get our troops out while winning the war. Fortunately, all he has to do is say he can do it.
Bush should have pushed his major foreign policy successes, like breaking up the Middle East nuclear weapons ring, disarming Libya's nuclear weapons program,
He could also have pointed out that the glorious United Nations has accomplished jack shit politically in both the Iranian and Sudanese crises.
I think Bush lost on style. It was almost like Kerry knew the questions going in. This can be important: remember Kennedy/Nixon.

Wouldn't call it a KO, but I agree as far as it goes.
