We know Bush is willing to do his best to try and prevent it. It' certainly aguable whether or not he is pursuing it in the best manner, but not that he is dedicated to it. Kerry has no compass on this issue except possibly political expediency based on his self contradictory statements. I think we could do better than Bush, the problem is the Democrats chose Kerry and didn't even give Lieberman a decent look thanks to a backstabbing Gore and the Deaniacs.
