The truth is, they could bomb our cities with nuclear weapons either way. They are just less likely to do it so long as Bush's policy of pre-emption stays in place.

Go ahead call it spreading fear...Its the Truth and we need to face it squarely.

We didn't face the threat squarely before 9/11. Shame on US if we don't face it after 9/11.
