Absolute confirmation we did the wrong thing.

We have an ugly war on our hands and it's easy to say it should have never started. Hindsight- 20/20.

Why do you... work so hard at being a sucker? Is it easier to be a sucker than it is to admit you landed on the wrong side of something, and start pushing in the right direction?

I don't know what poeple have said below but the right direction is seeing Iraq through to its conclusion- hopefully some resemblance of a peaceful democratic state. Might not be possible but we have to try.

Painting the whole mission with the broad strokes of the actions of a few social maladroits, and then expecting top dollar for the piece at auction is, the mark of a sucker if you ask me.
