Did not say that they are not getting outside help- I said at the end of the day there are a lot of Iraqis getting out in front of the tanks, and even more Iraqis not turning those folks in to the us forces (IE, popular support). After that, its just a question of means.

And the US has plenty of enemies (even more so than before the invasion of Iraq) just dying to be those means, and very few allies willing to help out, thanks to our glorious "FU" foreign policy.
