This doesn't jive well with the "who could possibly have predicted... IEDs... urban warfare..." dodge that you and Larry were giving me a month ago.

Again: a reasonable person (or even TB) could very well predict and prepare for what we now see in Iraq. Obvious conclusion: we are not lead by reasonable people.
