Counter intuitive

Think: thermos bottle. If you're surrounded by a hard vacuum (no thermal convection) and your body is producing 500 watts of power through metabolism then getting rid of heat is a big issue. A better pressure suit design might have a big radiator sticking out of the astronaut's back sort of like the dorsal fin on a marlin.
