I'd call this a missed opportunity.

I've been thinking over what you wrote and being kinder than you think you may have actually been trying to make a point.

You are suggesting I'm wrong about Mechanical Counterpressure Suits being the best choice between Soft Suits, Hard Suits and Skin Suits for Mars Exploration.

How I came to this conclusion is you mentioned elsewhere you would be attending the AIAA Space Explortaion Conference in Orlando 30 Jan - 1 Feb 2005 and you could have talked to experts there...

Maybe your right and maybe your experts are right. But how are they right is more important than just saying they are. Otherwise you are just arguing form authority.

Tell us more. Like who you talked to and what they said. If not here how about writing a short piece on the subject at Spaceref.com and just posting a link to it here.

BTW, if you ask Waldie or Newman or Webb which is better you get a different answer than if you ask astronauts or Kosmo or Vykukal or maybe Kuznets as well. This doesn't mean any of the group are stupid it only means this is how science works.
