ET artifacts in our Solar System

My beliefs and 80 cents will buy you a can of Dr. Pepper. However I believe it reasonable to assume that at least one ET starship has gone through our Solar System in the last billion years. I also believe it reasonable to assume that any artifacts left by in space for more than 10 million years have been pulversized into dust by micrometeor impacts. The $64,000 question is: Has ET recently left any recognizable artifacts in the Solar System? I suspect the two best places to look for artifacts are the Saturn system where Cassini is currently exploring and nearby asteroids. That equatorial ridge on Iapetus (refer to: http://www.spaceflightnow.com/cassini/050109iapetus.html) is interesting in that regard (almost certainly a natural phenomena). A nuclear/solar electric spacecraft designed to survey nearby asteroids might discover an artifact. An example of an artifact would be surface excavations on an asteroid's surface formed as a raster scan by a robot mining rig. The worn out wreckage of the robot miner might be found at the end of the scan trace. Again, ET's interstellar vehicle would require a full refit while in our Solar System (like Sir Francis Drake careening the Golden HInd on the California coast). Relics of ET's refit should be out there.
