Thinking about it a bit more

I think dogma is really the antithesis of a theory. It is the intended conclusion of fabricated or non-existent evidence. The "coercion or confidence art" used to teach dogma is psychological doctrine -- and is a long process. But I think everyone suspects this anyway, if they aren't in fact fully cognisant.

The "evil book list" is just part of a procedural doctrine to reinforce a conservative dogma, which isn't very clearly identified. It might be called a "hidden agenda"... Another buzzword in politics.

(Whoa!)
