I have no problem with people questioning the tactics at Gitmo, they bother me even if I see them as a necessary evil. What I have a problem with is a fauilure to have any persepctive on how these rank compared to real torture. I think caling these tactics abuse would be reasonable. Whether it's legal or not questionable. Using the word torture while potentially technically correct lends a connotation that is not comesurate with the actual incidents. Under no circumstances do the incidents quoted come close to equating with death and I have zilch respect for the intellectual honesty of those making such comparisons.
