No prisoner has died at Gitmo
Too bad, so sad, but that's the truth.
Those prisoners are getting fed better than most of our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Fed so well, in fact, that many of them are gaining weight.
They're getting religious materials (from gloved hands, no less), access to imams, and other things in accordance with their religious customs.
Try asking that Australian engineer who was just freed (or rescued, the accounts vary) how the was treated, then compare that to the treatment at Gitmo.
