Great Red Herring argument against a strawman. No one is saying that their are dieases on Mars that would infect humans. That is nothing except an old sci-fi myth you are using.
Now go study how bacteria actually work in an ecosystem, plant or animal. How they co-evolved with animal life on Earth. Then figured out what would happen if the Earth bacteria were replaced with Martian ones that because of a harsh environment learned how to be more comptitive for the inputs and produced slightly different outputs....
In other words stop thinking in a single dimension and look at it from the prespective of competition within an ecosystem. Very few invasive species wiped out native ones by eating them, they wiped them out by being better adapted to use the resources they needed.
