Real scientists have examined real Martian meteorites and concluded real Earthly bacteria could have survived a trip to Earth in them. Now if measly earthly bacteria could survive the trip, the supertough- superinfectios-superfictitious bacteria postulated by Barry Dellusional toughened by the harsh environment of Mars could surely make the trip.
