my reply: Excuse me but, the latest polls have a convincing majority of the American public stating that it was a mistake to start a war in Iraq. Contrary to your insulting affectations, these Americans are not "wackos." Nor are they "cheerleading for the terrorists." They include both Democrats and Republicans. They're good Americans who recognize the tremendous failure in judgement on the part of the Bush administration. Like me, they don't support walking away from Iraq now that we're there. But they agree with me that it was a mistake to start this thing in the first place.
