Thank goodness society is tiered with different groups holding different amounts of power.

The segment you speak of is known scientifically as Vegetatinomindus Liberalus.

Historically, this is the segment, that are doing their bit to bring down or counter the wisdom of 1000 years of western civilization. Not consciously, often, simply by default.
