So what, really, is your program?
You want to seek out and convert to middle-class all primative peoples on the globe? Send out teams of trained missionaries to all the primative tribes of Africa, South America, Asia, Europe, and the Pacific and turn them into something resembling contemporary American Indians? And liberals and anthropologists are the villains who interfere with your plans?
