What part of living in a crowded country in perpetual gridlock appeals to you? Conservatives are all about growth which, if it continues indefinitely, guarantees that the economy will grow as well but at what price to the quality of our lives?
It's a tricky problem to balance a major slowdown in population growth with financial security but I really feel it has to begin. You have to admit we have finite resources and there's strong evidence that more and more people create more and more environmental and health issues.
