First off, do nothing.
Renaming that file was a really really bad idea.
So sit down, take a long breath, and do nothing.
Got it?
Now what OS are you under?
What AV and spyware packages are you running?
Browser?
What backup package?
Now what exactly did you do to remove that suspected Trojan?
Remember, if all else fails, you can go to a shop and they will run their AV and security packages on your drives, along with file recovery packages. Should run about $60-$80 plus nuisances of unplugging and drives to and from the shop.
Maximum, you'll have to find THE shop, but that's okay, you need to know where that shop is anyway.
The next time, simply back up by copying to burn once CDs. Weekly at least.
Finally, why the hell are you using WordPerfect. If I only had a dime form every heart attack that thing has caused. I seriously doubt if your problem lies there, as WP's market share is so low that it does not make an attractive target for the vandals.
