I think the NSA actions are justified
For one, it saved hundreds from being killed and the Brooklyn Bridge from be destroyed by monitoring calls.
There was no way of catching this guy (who admitted guilt of plans to blow up the Brooklyn Bridge) by asking for a warrant. He was caught by random monitoring of calls made to overseas people (of the terrorist kind) and by connecting the dots.
How do you ask for a warrant for monitoring calls of hundreds-thousands of people?
I'll take peoples life being saved and infrastructures not be blown away for random monitoring of overseas calls any day.
Times have changed, but the terrorist still want to kill us.
