Doubt you could buy Saddam

He thought he won the Gulf War, not physically but through PR.

He said the war with the US wasn't over and he could win it through PR. All he had to do was string it out. Sound familiar? Probably why he was hiding in a hole and wouldn't fight.

Saddam was never going to step down or leave America alone and did everything he could to disrupt peace.
