We need another secretary in my office. I know a lady that is highly qualified and is working an agency similar to ours. Coming to work for us would save her thiry miles of driving to and from work each day--this is a huge motivation.

I was informed we have to hire someone less qualified, less intelligent, someone who speaks Spanish.

The lady has a wonderful command of the English language that apparently is a disability today.
