such a wall might be considered as a WPA project. Soley Mexican labor building what could be known as the Mexican Wall? Mexican street gangs could be sent-at govrenment expense of course-to have an annual contest to decorate sections of the wall with appropriate graffitti. It could be run like a world series with tv coverage and sponsorship. In the end there could be a paint off between representatives of Folk Nation v Peoples Nation. Las Vegas could bet it up like the basketball playoffs currently in action.

Yes, after great consideration I favor the wall with its potential for new employment and the economic shot in the arm to the now slumping construction industry. Unions could get involved by running training and jouneyman certification to Mexican blocklayers.

Oh, and keep in mind the wall painting could be an annual event. At some time in the future it could go international and become an olympic event.
