What about burning carbon dust?

0

I came up with this the other day.

CO2 might be a good source. I know CO2 is hard to crack, but I figure the energy required would be less than the energy needed to find, get, transport and refine oil. Of course, splitting water for its hydrogen may be easier (Another topic, but the energy for splitting water has to be less than the energy needed to find, get, transport and refine oil.)

I figure with the proper airflow mixed the the right amount of dust, it would transport like a liquid. The main problem I see is moisture gunking up the carbon. The screw system would only let a measured amount of carbon dust into the airflow. he airflow pump would ensure the right amount of air is being pushed through. Expanding the airflow tube at the point of carbon dust insert would allow for better mixture (I think).
