So, is your theory that if we had just laid back and ignored it all, it would have just all gone away? Or are we dealing with the theory that if we had only invaded Afghanistan, no "new terrorists" would have been created? Or maybe it's the theory that peace will reign as soon as our armies leave Iraq? How about Afghanistan?

I won't say we have done a spectacularly flawless job since 9/11, but in almost five years, the Left and the Democrats have come up with exactly nothing in dealing with this issue. You think Bush won the last election because he was another Reagan? Or because the alternative was a blithering gasbrain who had no policies, no principles, and no clue what to do about our situation?

And yeah, the Middle East was just a quiet, peaceful place where Sultans raised flowers until the Europeans attacked.
