No, it's not all bullshit, like all propaganda it starts with a kernel of truth which is then twisted and manipulated by hate to communicate the poison the propagandist is trying to peddle. This one started that way to suck you in, but about half way in it starts the real message. Look at the last few lines, the last sentence, the last word:

"To reward those who choose to accept this challenge is why we honor our business class, over and above the financial rewards attendant to success. It is why they have deserved the right to positions of leadership and influence over and above the monetary advantages they have accumulated. And it is up to all of us, whether we are one of them or not, to see to it that those who wish to deny them that respect and position be stopped, and if need be, punished."

This is practically a plea that those who do not agree with the writer need to be rounded up and sent to camps. Horrible, but not unprecedented... Surely, you must have read too fast.
