Irrational religious belief and blind faith in some invisible, magical divine being is, or should be, a discarded relic of mankind's barbaric past. It's caused so much more harm than good, and it has no place and serves no constructive role in a modern world of rational thinkers.

Islam just happens to be by far the worst, in terms of the enormous damage done to the lives of the human beings it touches. I've seen it. When younger I lived with both Arab Muslims in the US and Canada, and African muslims in West Africa. As individual persons, each was kind, friendly, generous, a quality human being. But as mostly unwitting, ignorant pawns of an international fascist religious order bent on world domination, they and all Muslims represent a grave threat to the future of humanity.

The level of well-intentioned igmorance among even learned Muslim scholars can be astounding. I've known brilliant college professors who still somehow believed that a small, hidden group of Jews was secretly running the US government. This bizarre belief among even well educated Muslims is more widespread than one might think, as is the crazy notion that Jews secretly plotted and carried out Sep. 11, then framed Muslims for the terrorist acts.

Just today, several soccer fans were gunned down in Somalia by the new Islamic religious police for watching a World Cup match. That's deemed "Un-Islamic" by the new lunatics in charge over there. What kind of madness is this?

The Muslim government of the Sudan has used its own soldiers and marauding Islamic gangs to murder hundreds of thousands of non-Muslim southerners in that country in the past few years. But this isn't what Muslim governments around the world address at the UN and other international forums. They complain instead about the actions Israel takes when confronted by the outrageous agressions of a terrorist Palestinian government (whose own charter calls for the destruction of Israel). This is stupidity, dishonesty and hypocrisy beyond belief, and should not be tolerated by the civilized, non-Muslim world.

The vast majority of the terrorists and terror organizations in the world are Muslim. Take a close look at the FBI's Top 25 terrorists poster the next time you have a chance. You may notice a certain pattern. Not too many Buddhists on that poster, for instance...

I'll tell you what - I'll stop hating Islam, and I'll show respect for that religion, the day Salman Rushdie can walk tranquilly down a public street in Teheran, or Islamasbad, or Cairo, and not have the slightest fear for his life. Not until then.
